DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit 50% of the agreed “Wedding Package” to confirm all of the above arrangements, if we do not receive the required deposit amount by this date all space held will be released. This deposit will be placed on the group’s master account and will be applied to any charges such as accommodation, government taxes, food and beverage services, and any additional services required by any designated and authorized representatives of the group. PAYMENT PROCEDURES: A group master account will be established to include accommodation, government taxes, audio/visual, food, beverages, and reception functions for the duration of the stay. FULL PAYMENT: Full payment for all services must be received prior to the group's departure from the resort unless the group has made prior credit arrangements. All deposits will be applied to the master account. Individual guest will be responsible for all incidental charges for the duration of stay by cash or credit card prior to departure.
