NOTE: Only current DACA recipients whose DACA and Work Permit are scheduled to expire on or before March 5, 2018 are eligible to renew. These recipients must renew BEFORE October 5, 2017. If you will be preparing an application to renew, you must bring the following with you: 1. Employment Authorization Card 5. Passport (even if expired) 2. Social Security Card 6. 2 Passport Photos 3. NJ License, Permit, or ID 7. Certificate of Disposition (if applicable) of any arrest 4. Approval Notices for Prior DACA 8.
