The Role Our company is an Interior Design company providing furnishing solutions, with multiple service offerings available to clients depending on individual scope and requirements. We are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated Project Co-ordinator to join our team, who will focus on our BoxNine7 business, one of London’s fastest growing companies. Working closely with our Planning, Procurement and Operations team, within the Service Delivery function you will manage the administrative aspects of our design-led furniture pack projects. You will have responsibility for the project flow through, from client sign-off and selecting furniture pieces from pre-approved ranges to installation whilst meeting time and budget demands. Ideally you will be a highly organised self-starter with the ability to manage your workload to tight deadlines and critical time-lines. Having ownership over multiple dedicated projects at any one time, you will need to be an excellent multi-tasker while ensuring that best practice is maintained at all times. Diligence and accuracy play a key role as you oversee key project sign-offs to quality assurance checks post install. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous. Our company is incredibly fast paced - we need someone who is up for the challenge! You will need to be an excellent communicator and able to take initiative, working both independently and as part of a team. We are a close-knit team and we all work together to deliver incredible results – so we are looking for a personable new recruit with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude to get stuck in! Reporting into Head of Service Delivery, you will work closely with our Sales, Design, Operations and Logistics functions and in turn you will: • • • • • •
Take ownership of multiple furniture pack projects from start to end at any one time. Complete site visits and confirm inventories. Select furniture pieces from pre-approved ranges. Meet tight deadlines as well as budget demands. Complete project reconciliation forms with finance use. Maintain constant contact with clients and update them as you go on project time line.

Liaise with agents and clients to arrange access. Complete quality assurance checks post install. Input data to Service Delivery Data document and report back to higher management on findings. Complete QA checks post installation.
