At present it is estimated that 50% of your time spent will be working on stock allocations until a system solution is rolled out in the next six to twelve months, with the balance of time spent across transactional finance tasks such as reconciliations (invoice and cost), expense processing and other ad hoc work as requested by your line manager. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: • • • • •
Registering and processing all stock related allocations, working with the design teams and warehouse. Reporting on stock utilization. Reconciling company credit card expenses to specific projects. Processing expense claims for the company. Other ad hoc duties such as invoicing and accounts payable. [email protected]
