Office Manager & marketing assistant Minze is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Office Manager to join our rapidly growing team! As the first face of Minze, this person sets the tone for how guests, clients, and team members start their day. We’re looking for someone with a positive, outgoing attitude, a knack for stellar first impressions, and a passion for creating a fun, social, and engaged office environment.

About Minze Minze is a ‘digital health’ company based in Antwerp, Belgium. We develop and market internet connected medical devices for home use. Minze’s first product is ‘Homeflow’, an reusable uroflowmeter that allows patients with voiding disorders to be diagnosed and monitored in their home environment. VOKA Flanders’ Chamber of Commerce and Industry has crowned Minze as the ‘Most Promising Startup of 2016’!

Key responsibilities: • • • • • •

Manage the office: supplies, mail, space planning, furniture, conference rooms. Answering general queries via phone, email and general correspondence. Schedule meetings, maintain calendars and travel for the team Swag Administration: HR, invoicing, supplies. Organizing external communication, press contacts and social media Get creative, be bold, be brave, be ready to make a difference

Your profile: Start-up mentality, a quick learner and always up for a challenge. Taking responsibility and involvement in the development of the company are in your DNA. Superb verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch. Bachelors degree with preferrably 2+ years experience in an office administration role.
