Entries will be accepted from 10.00am every Tuesday and last entries accepted at 6.00pm each Thursday during the Competition Period. No other method of entry will be accepted. 9. Multiple entries are permitted, where an Entrant names five (5) different friends with each entry into the Competition. 10. The Weekly Prize draw will take place at 12.00pm each Friday during the Competition Period at Crown Marketing, Level 4, Crown Entertainment Complex, 8 Whiteman Street, Southbank VIC 3006, where one (1) valid entry will be randomly drawn and announced as the winner of the Weekly Prize. Weekly Prize: 11. The winner of the Weekly Prize draw will receive a prize package consisting of a private VIP Booth, one (1) bottle of champagne, one (1) shot per person (worth up to a maximum total of $50.00 for the group) and free entry to Light at Crown for six (6) people at the Crown Entertainment Complex on the Friday in the week in which the Weekly Prize is won. 12. The value of the Weekly Prize is $230.00. 13. Total prize value for the Competition is $3220.00. 14. The Weekly Prize is only valid for the Friday of the week in which the Weekly Prize is won. If the Weekly Prize or any component of the Weekly Prize is not redeemed on the date specified, the Weekly Prize will be deemed forfeited. 15. 21. The winner will receive the Weekly Prize upon arrival at Light at Crown on the Friday of the week in which the Weekly Prize is won. 22. Employees of the Crown Group of Companies, Crown Resorts, Crown Melbourne, Crown Perth, CrownBet and Betfair are not permitted to participate in this Competition. 23. Subject to law, Crown, (including their employees, agents and contractors) have no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever, howsoever arising in connection with this Competition or the prize (including the awarding, condition, use or misuse of the prize), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. This clause does not apply to the extent that Crown’s liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of Crown in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to a prize winner in the ordinary course of Crown’s business. 24. Crown’s decisions in connection with any aspect of this Competition will be final and binding on each Entrant. 25. Entrants are required to take full responsibility for the content of their entry and for ensuring that their entry complies with these Terms and Conditions. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification of any Entrant. 26. Entrants using multiple Facebook accounts to enter the Competition will be deemed ineligible. 27. Disqualification will be at Crown’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into. 28. Subject to clauses 20 and 33, Entrants’ information collected during this Competition will not be disclosed to any third parties, unless such disclosure is required by law. 29. Third party terms and conditions may apply (such as those of the prize providers) in relation to the validity and redemption of prizes. 30. If the Weekly Prize is unavailable for any reason at the time of the Weekly Prize draw, Crown will instead award the winner a similar prize of equivalent value (as determined by Crown). 31. Crown shall not be liable in any way if entries are unavailable as a result of technical malfunction or operator fault. 32. Crown may cancel or modify the Competition, but will only do so if this is unavoidable (for example, if the Competition cannot run for technical or administrative reasons that cannot be rectified). Crown will update these Terms and Conditions as soon as practicable if this occurs. If the Competition is cancelled, Crown may select the winner from eligible entries received at the time of cancellation, if appropriate to do so in the circumstances. 33. Crown reserves the right and licence to use the winner’s name, suburb, photograph, image and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising the Competition and/or the Crown Entertainment Complex. 34. In the event that the Competition prize draw cannot be conducted at the specified time due to unforeseen circumstances outside Crown’s reasonable control, the affected prize draw will take place as soon as is practicable after the delay has been resolved. 35. Crown may, in its absolute discretion, edit, modify, delete, remove or take-down any part of an Entrant’s entry. Crown will remove any posts that include swearing, derogatory or racist commentary, inflammatory commentary, imagery or commentary displaying alcohol abuse, imagery including nudity and/or unauthorised commercial communications such as spam. A Entrant’s entry must not include: a. Any image, content or voice of any other person without that person’s express consent. Entrants’ warrant that if any such content is included, they have obtained the express consent of the relevant person; b. Any content that contravenes any law, infringes the rights of any person or is obscene, offensive, potentially defamatory, discriminatory, indecent or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate (which includes, without limitation, any content involving nudity, alcohol abuse, malice, excessive violence or swearing); and c. Any literary, dramatic, musical or artistic work, any audio-visual or sound recording, or any other item in which copyright subsists, unless the entrant is entitled to do so. If an entrant has any doubts about whether they have the right to include any content (for example, recorded music) they must not include it. By including any such content in their entry, the entrant warrants that they have the permission of the relevant copyright owner to do so and that this permission allows Crown to use the entry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 36.
