Nick gained his Industrial Design Masters Degree at Central School of Art & Design in London and has been practicing in brand led product design consultancy at the highest level for over 30 years.

Hugo graduated from UWIC with a 1st class degree and leads a highly successful team of product designers, engineers and UI designers.

Dale is a driven, broad thinking, creative opportunist. He has a well-founded understanding of industrial design as well as an innate aptitude of the commercial reality of NPD. With a 1st Class Hons BSc and an upper distinction at Masters.

He has directed hundreds of projects leading to design awards and commercial success for international clients including; Ferrari by L3, Lumie, BT, HP, BAA, Siemens, Ericsson and Toshiba. Nick also has considerable experience in global collaboration and has worked closely with many Chinese manufacturing partners. His expertise lies within consumer electronics, telecoms and inclusive design. He is also a regular speaker at various universities and is currently external examiner at Nottingham Trent University.


He has worked with a wide variety of brands including; Hisense, RNIB, Thomson Grass Valley, British Telecom, Sierra Wireless & Goodmans. He has also recently completed a large scale project to design an action camera which will be launched in early 2016.

Dale’s background is a combination of industrial design, business development and entrepreneurialism.

He draws upon a wealth of experience across multiple product developments where he has run projects that take products all the way from initial research and feasibility, to concept, and detail design, then final specification through to mass

Hugo is a keen extreme sports enthusiast who enjoys surfing, skiing, mountain biking, wake boarding and kite surfing.

Rob is a product designer engineer graduate of Bournemouth University with a 1st class BSc (Hons) Product Design. He is adept in all areas of product development, CAD services and manufacture and at taking products through the entire design process from initial concept sketching to manufacture support. Exciting projects to date include an LA tech startup, kinetic sculptures for MoMA NY and working on the Copenhagen Wheel Electric Bicycle for MIT in Boston. He’s designed components for injection moulding, metal & plastic extrusion, thermoforming, sheet metal, 3D printing and high precision CNC milling. Prior to joining WMP, Rob worked in consultancy in Vancouver in Canada.
