If you are in a relay team, please ensure the whole team comes to the briefing. The entry point will be via a floating pontoon. Please note it is a short walk from transition to the lake. The course is marked by swim buoys in the water. These will be identified to you in your briefing.

The WoBurner is 1 lap of the course following the red line, then 3 further laps following the blue line.

Once competitors have finished the swim leg, the route to transition is 250 metres along a grass bank to transition. Bike Out will be at the opposite end of transition and take competitors out of the Woburn estate and on to the public road. The 90km bike course takes cyclists out of the estate into the nearby villages of Milton Bryan, Teddington, Eversholt and Steppingly. The route requires you to cycle 1 internal lap of the deer park (going back past Transition) first, and then 3 further laps of the full course.

ROADS ARE OPEN TO TRAFFIC, and you will need to abide by the highway code at all times during your ride. Moto marshals and stewards are located out on course for your safety. Please follow any instruction from them accordingly, or seek their assistance should you need it.

A feed station will be located on course (which you will pass per lap). Please help keep our triathlon tidy. An automatic 2 minute penalty will be issued to triathletes for litter dropping on the course!
