Assign Customer Gender In addition to requiring that employees select a gender for all customers, periodically "scrub" your customer records to verify employees accurately account for all customers. Focus first on customers who have recent purchases (e.g. within the last two years) - as your system becomes more accurate, expand your search to customers with older history.
