TIPS TO SHIFT FROM FEAR TO LOVE What could stop you from taking those actions?  (I am scared that I will be rejected, that I will disappoint someone, that I will lose something or someone, that I will face violent reaction…)

Is it worth it to listen to your fear? What could you do to lessen it?  (I could save money to start my own business, I could ask for feedback from someone else. I could ask help from a lawyer. I am free to leave a situation or a person that is not accepting me)
