Select ONE date for each teacher. Teachers will be registered in Learning Zone, and will receive a confirmation email through their LAUSD email address. The workshop will be 6 hours in duration, and teachers will be paid their tenthly rate (X-time) for attendance for the entire workshop. There will be a one-hour, unpaid lunch break. CARPOOLING OR PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION IS ENCOURAGED.

PLEASE SEND IN ONE REGISTRATION FORM PER SCHOOL SITE. LIST THE TEACHERS WHO WILL ATTEND THE TRAINING

(General Education Teachers, Resource Specialist Teachers, or Special Day Program Teachers (SLD, AUT-Core, DHH, ED, EE, IDEC, Phoenix, or VI). Do not include alternate curriculum or preschool teachers.
