World Oceans Day - West Bali National Park A Service Adventure Weekend Overview: Duration: 3 days/2 nights Dates: June 7th-9th Number of Students: Assumes 15 - 20 Cost: 1,000,000 IDR Grade: Open to middle and high school students Concept: The Service Adventure Weekend is designed to support the World Oceans Day event held in West Bali National Park. For the last few years, local school children have been gathering at Labuhan Lalang to take part in a communitydriven event to clean up the National Park and celebrate the beauty and importance of the ocean. This year, the Odyssey Institute is getting involved. We’re looking to bring in international school students to join in the activities and help raise the profile of this important community event. West Bali National Park is the last piece of tropical wilderness left in Bali. It deserves our attention. Itinerary: FRIDAY :: Afternoon travel to WBNP. Camp set up. Night hike. Campfire. SATURDAY :: Team Games. Menjangan Island Service Adventure (including snorkeling). Evening Celebrations. SUNDAY :: Closing Ceremony. Depart.
