Hats off to a true professional!" -San Juan Islands customer Talking to students about WSF Last week, I had the pleasure of hosting four University of Washington Bothell students who are working on a project for their class in Management of Organizations in the Business school. Their research project involves contacting the leader of an organization and interviewing them about challenges that arise, thought processes necessary to navigate multiple stakeholders, and adversity WSF faces that the public doesn’t know about. On Thursday, Chief of Staff Elizabeth Kosa and Director of Terminal Engineering Nicole McIntosh spoke with high school scholars from the Women's Transportation Seminar, before they took a tour of the Wenatchee on the Seattle/Bainbridge route. They shared information on WSF, the Colman Dock project, and their career paths as women in the transportation industry. Hopefully, there will be some future WSF employees in these groups!
