Yearbook Cover Contest Entries due by October 18, 2017 We are inviting all LCH students to enter their drawings in the Yearbook Cover Contest. A panel will select a winner from each grade during the November General PTA Meeting and the winners will be displayed on the front or back cover of the yearbook. All entries will receive an Honorable Mention and appear inside the yearbook. Our yearbook theme is “Superhero” and this theme will be illustrated throughout the yearbook. All entries must include EACH of the following: ➢ The SUPERHERO theme ➢ Our school name: La Costa Heights or LCH ➢ Must be vertical orientation or “Portrait” style (like this flyer) ➢ The school year: 2017-2018 ➢ 8x10 sheet of white paper (if using a standard 8.5x11 sheet, leave a ½ in. border for cropping) Tips: ➢ Focus on the Theme – include lots of superhero “stuff” ➢ Fill in the sheet – use lots of color and fill in the white space ➢ Use lots of different medium – watercolors, crayons, markers, oil pastels are all acceptable Questions?
