You can help! For years, the Hawaii State Department of Education has been working to cool classrooms. This year, recordbreaking heat and humidity are making matters worse. We are escalating heat abatement efforts with our schools and communities. You can help. (Please contact the principal first for any equipment, labor or money donations you wish to make directly to a school.)

Schools need assistance with installing 220v lines for air conditioners, assessing the electrical capacity of a building or portable, and help with wiring.
