How Do You Define Discipleship?

It’s a word that simply means “an apprentice.” A LONG DEFINITION: “Discipling others is the process by which a Christian, with a life worth emulating, commits himself or herself for an extended period of time to a few individuals who have been won to Christ. The purpose being to aide and guide their spiritual growth to maturity and to equip them to reproduce themselves into a third spiritual generation.” Jesus gave a much simpler definition. (The invitation to make disciples gives us the definition of discipleship.)
